Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Then, place 1 chicken burger in the skillet and top with a tortilla. Firmly press the burger until thin with a spatula and cook for 4 minutes.
Carefully flip with a thin spatula and continue cooking until the burger's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Top with a slice of American cheese and cook for about a minute until melted.
