These tater tot cupsare a great appetizer, afternoon snack, or even a main course. Golden tots are topped with crispy chicken tenders, smoky bacon, cheddar, and sour cream, and served in a fun handheld package.

Air fry the chicken tenders at 400℉ for 12 minutes. Then, cut them into small pieces and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 425℉ and lightly grease a muffin pan.
Place 5 regular tots or 8 to 10 mini tots in each muffin well and bake for 15 minutes until soft.
Press a shot glass down into the center of each muffin well to create tater tot cups.
Place the muffin pan back in the oven and bake for another 12 minutes.
Top the cups with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
Remove the cups and top them with the chicken, bacon, sour cream, and green onions.

Tips
Be sure to lightly but thoroughly grease or spray the muffin pan wells to prevent sticking.
Be sure to bake the tots until they're soft but not fully cooked the first time around. Overbaking them at the start can cause the cups to crumble along the edges.
Use kitchen shears to easily cut up the chicken tenders for the cups.
