Equipment
A silicone donut pan is generally recommended for this recipe.
Storage and reheating
Storage
Store donuts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best results, freeze donuts for up to 1 month.
Reheating
You can reheat in air fryer.
Here's how you can do it:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the donuts in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Make sure to leave some space between them so that they can cook evenly.
- Cook the donuts for 2-4 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the donuts. Check them periodically to ensure they don't burn.
- If the donuts are not yet warm or crispy enough, you can continue to cook them for an additional minute or two.
- Once the donuts are heated through and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
