Make sure to rinse your pork chops with cold water then pat completely dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mixed together, all seasoning ingredients minus the olive oil. Once you have the seasonings combined, pour in the olive oil, and mix well. It should be similar to a thick paste. When you have done this, coat the pork chops with your rub. Be certain to rub into the pork chop and cover well on both sides.
Place pork chops in the air fryer being certain to leave a small space in between each pork chop. Putting pork chops too close to one another will cause them to steam.
Cook on 400 ℉ for 5 minutes, then flip all of the pork chops and cook again for 4-5 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145 °F degrees.

Tips
This step is very important for even cooking and accurate cooking times, and it only takes about 3 minutes.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer with a small space between each one. If the pork chops are touching, they won’t reach their full crispy potential.
Using a meat thermometer ensures your pork chops are fully cooked without drying out.
