First, lightly grease your bundt pan and set it aside. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees.
Then, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Next, in a stand mixer, mix the sugar and eggs for 3 minutes until they're light. Then, slowly add the olive oil while continuing to mix. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
Then add half of the flour mixture and mix on medium speed until just combined. Then, scrape down the bowl and mix in the other half of the dry ingredients until just combined.
Next, pour the batter evenly into the bundt pan.
Warm the cinnamon spread in the microwave for 10 seconds. Then, combine it with the cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar and mix well.
Spoon the cinnamon mixture evenly across the top of the batter. Then, gently swirl it into the top of the batter, being careful not to mix it too deeply. The mixture will sink a bit as it bakes.
Bake the cake for 45 to 55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Lastly, place the bundt pan on a cooling rack and cool for 10 minutes. Then, place the cooling rack on top of the bundt pan, invert it, and turn out the cake. Cool until the cake is just warm before adding the glaze.
For the Glaze
Whisk the powdered sugar, cream cheese extract, and milk in a small bowl until it reaches your desired consistency.
Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and let it set.
