This batter will make pancakes also! Top these gluten free helathy banana waffles with your favorite nut butter and maple syrup. For an added crunch I used Taos Bakes banana walnut granola. Taos bakes banana walnut granola is not dairy free, however it is gluten free.
First, place all ingredients into a blender and then blend on high until the batter is completely smooth.
Second, scrape down the sides and blend again for a few more seconds.
Lastly, pour batter into heated waffle maker and then allow to cook for about 5 minutes. Batter makes 5 regular size square waffles.
