Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, and spray sides with non-stick baking spray (optional, for best result)
Place cereal in a large bowl.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, cook remaining ingredients until melted, stirring often.
Pour mixture in bowl with cereal and stir well.
Add cereal mixture to prepared pan and press down evenly and firmly to set mixture in pan, with a rubber spatula.
For the drizzle:
In microwave, heat chocolate and coconut oil until melted.
Stir well.
Drizzle over bars.
