Beat the summer heat and have fun cooling off with the ultimate Tequila Cranberry and Mango popsicles. Sweet, tart, tangy, and completely irresistible, this will instantly turn any moment into a fiesta.
Add all of your ingredients to a large mason jar or pitcher except for the sea salt.
Stir to combine.
Place a popsicle wrapper in a glass to help keep it upright.
Place the funnel inside the wrapper.
Fill the popsicle wrapper almost all the way up.
Remove the funnel and seal the wrapper shut.
Proceed with the remaining popsicles.
Place the popsicles in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least four hours.
Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.

Use a tall glass to stand up and help stabilize your popsicle wrappers as you fill them.
Freeze your popsicles flat on a baking sheet so they take up less space and freeze uniformly.
Use organic citrus if possible. Most citrus sold in grocery stores has a waxy coating to help make them more shelf stable and easier to ship. While it is completely food-safe, organic citrus doesn’t have this coating.
