This healthy Teriyaki turkey rice bowl is a delicious, one-pan stir-fry meal that takes only 20 minutes from start to finish. This recipe is so easy to make, deliciously flavorful, and makes a perfect weeknight dinner or meal prep.
Start by browning the ground turkey on medium. Once done cooking, drain and set aside.
Then, mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir well until corn starch is completely combined.
In a cast iron skillet or wok heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Then, add in your onion and minced garlic. Sauté these until they begin to become translucent about 3 minutes.
Next add in your carrots, white portions of the green onions and the snow peas.
Sauté for 2 to 3 more minutes. Last add in the ground turkey and sauce. Allow to come to a boil and stir while sauce thickens for about 60 seconds.
Top with green portion of green onions and serve.
