This dairy-free avocado cilantro lime crema is so creamy and packed with flavor you are going to fall in love! You can use this avocado cilantro lime crema as an aioli, a dip, a dressing, a sauce, the list is endless. This Avocado crema with lime pairs with my chicken burger and pico.
Begin by slicing your avocado, long ways down the middle. Carefully remove the pit of the avocado.
Next, place the avocado flesh , lime juice, garlic, cilantro, garlic, oil, salt, and yogurt into the food processor or blender.
Process until well blended. At this point, if the crema is too thick, simply add 1 teaspoon of avocado oil at a time until your desired consistency is met.
Transfer the avocado cilantro lime crema into a small serving bowl. You can either serve this immediately or place in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

To keep this crema from turning brown for later use, you can always store this with the seed of the avocado inside of the bowl, making certain to place in an airtight container in the fridge. The lime juice will also contribute towards less browning.
