This one pan spinach and artichoke orzo bake is the perfect mix of creamy spinach, cooked chicken, and Parmesan cheese. It was inspired by my aunt's family famous one pot spinach artichoke dish because it is a perfect option for dinner without having to spend hours in the kitchen. It takes a baking dish, some dry orzo, a little chicken broth and a quick trip in the oven to make this drool-worthy recipe.
