Instructions for this Salmon with cherry tomatoes recipe
- Preheat the oven to 400 ℉. Make sure to wash and pat dry the salmon fillets
- Using a cast iron porcelain pan or regular cast iron pan, lightly grease the bottom of the pan with olive oil, then arrange the 3 salmon fillets into the pan.
- Then place the tomatoes around the sides of the pan lining the salmon. In a small bowl, add the butter and place into the microwave.
- Using the melt function, melt the butter just until a liquid is formed.
- Next, remove the butter from the microwave and add the seasonings: salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, thyme, and minced garlic. Stir this well.
- Then, pour the mixture over the tomatoes and salmon.
- Lastly, gently sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the salmon and tomatoes.
- Bake uncovered for 8-12 minutes until an internal temperature of 145 ℉ has been met.

- ½ butter
- ½ teaspoon thyme

- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
