These chocolate protein muffins pack a one-two punch of chocolate with cocoa and chocolate chips and a kick of extra protein, thanks to Levels Double Chocolate protein powder. They're a moist, tender, chocolaty treat perfect for a sweet breakfast or afternoon snack!
I love adding extra protein to all my favorite dishes. It's an easy tweak that helps me get my daily protein in a tasty package. My protein banana bread and protein waffles are two examples, and today, I'm adding another great one to the list.
Now, a lot of people say that adding protein powder makes baked goods grainy or taste off, but I never have that issue with Levels. Their Double Chocolate whey protein powder gives these muffins a huge blast of protein and chocolate flavor, and the texture is perfect.

Frequently Asked Questions
Levels Protein consistently receives excellent reveiws based on its flavor, value, and limited ingredients.
Not at all! Because Levels is made with minimal ingredients, it doesn't add that odd, chalky flavor that some proteins give baked goods.
Protein muffins are generally healthy-adjacent. While they do contain an ample amount of protein, they are also made with butter and sugar.
The key to moist, tender muffins is not overmixing. Overmixing batter, even gluten-free batter, leads to tough muffins.
