The sweet and juicy tomatoes pair perfectly with the succulent and savory shrimp. The addition of creamy avocado and the italian dressing adds a rich and buttery flavor to the dish, while also providing healthy fats and gut health boosting nutrients. The combination of these ingredients creates a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that is hard to resist.

    How to store the Salad

    1. Airtight container: This will help keep the salad fresh and prevent it from getting soggy.
    2. Keep the salad chilled: Store the salad in the refrigerator to keep it cool and prevent bacterial growth. If you’re taking the salad with you, use a cooler bag or ice pack to keep it chilled.
    3. Add dressing just before serving: If you’re not planning to eat the salad immediately, store the dressing separately and add it just before serving. This will prevent the salad from getting soggy.
    4. Don’t store the salad for too long: Most salads are best eaten within 2-3 days of preparation. After that, the ingredients may start to spoil, and the salad may lose its freshness and flavor.

    Equipment

No special equipment needed for this salad. You just need 2 bowls and a mixing spoon or fork. Thats all!

    FAQ

What can I serve with tomato, shrimp and cucumber salad?

Shrimp salad with lettuce pairs well with chicken, steak, or a soup for a light option. It also makes a great lunch or light dinner on its own.

How do I prepare the lettuce?

Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly in cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Then, pat them dry with a paper towel and chop them into bite-sized pieces.

    Pro tip

One tip for making a delicious avocado salad is to choose ripe avocados that are slightly soft to the touch but not too mushy.
