Raspberry chia pudding is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or even a later evening snack. Chia seeds are such a beneficial addition to a healthy diet. Just 1 tablespoon of chia seeds provides 2 grams of plant based protein, a good amount of b vitamins, and they are full of omega 3 fatty acids. They are also a great source of fiber. I like to pair these up with an egg or 2 at breakfast time!

    Pro tip

After mixing all the ingredients together, let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes before stirring again. This will allow the chia seeds to start absorbing the liquid and thicken the yogurt. Stirring the mixture occassionally, will ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and the yogurt is well mixed.

Additionally, if you want a smoother consistency for your yogurt, you can blend the mixture in a blender or food processor before refrigerating. This will break down the raspberry seeds and give the yogurt a smoother texture.

I love this chia seed yogurt. I did make it dairy-free by using oatmilk and non-dairy yogurt. It was super yummy.
