Why you will love this recipe
- This peach no-churn Ice cream is made by combining creamy vanilla-based ice cream with the most flavorful peaches. There’s a combination of small peaches throughout with the delicious flavor of peach juice.
- Everything comes out perfectly creamy and goes great in a bowl or on a cone.
- Once you place this peach ice cream into the freezer you won’t have to worry about it being too soft or watery like some homemade ice cream. The best part is you won’t need an Ice cream maker to make this recipe! You can get this done in a mixer or just a bowl with a hand mixer!
Ingredients
- Heavy Cream: for this no-churn peach ice cream we are using heavy cream as our base. You will need 2 cups in total.
- Sweetened condensed milk: Sweetened condensed milk, work best for this recipe.
- Peaches: Make sure to choose ripe peaches that are not too hard and not too soft. Also, be sure to mash them up to where you have small pieces and peach juice.
- Vanilla extract: for this no-churn peach ice cream I cannot stress enough how much of a difference quality vanilla extract makes a difference. I use Singing Dog Vanilla Double Strength Pure Vanilla extract. I use this vanilla extract because it is made specifically for ice cream. I guarantee you will love it.

Instructions
- Start by peeling the peaches. Then, slice them around the core. Place them into a food processor and pulse until they are in bite-size pieces similar to the size of blueberries. There should also be a little bit of liquid (peach juice) in the food processor once finished. Alternatively, you can dice the peaches by hand, add them to a bowl, and lightly mash them with a potato masher to release some of the juice.
- Next, in a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream for 2 minutes and 30 seconds on medium-high until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-mix, as you will begin to get a hardened butter-like texture.
- Then, add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Using a rubber spatula, gently mix until combined.
- Lastly, fold in the peaches and peach juice. Using the same rubber spatula, gently mix.
- Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan, cover tightly with foil, and freeze for a minimum of 5 hours with the best results coming overnight.

Storage
Keep this no-churn peach ice cream rightly covered in the freezer for up to 14 days.

Top tips
- Place your mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes to keep it cold until you are ready to whip the heavy cream.
