Ingredients
- Good Foods Dill Pickle Dip - This 100% plant-based is completely free of the top nine major allergens making it something everyone can enjoy. It’s made with clean ingredients like cauliflower, dill pickle relish, and pumpkin seeds. While it’s perfectly paired with your favorite chips and dippers like veggies, it’s also delicious as a condiment like in these Reuben sliders. It packs a bold savory flavor and is free of preservatives.
- Pastrami - There’s no need to decide between team pastrami or team corned beef for these piled-high sliders. Pastrami adds a smoky element to these sliders and is a little fattier than the corned beef.
- Corned Beef - Unlike pastrami that is smoked, corned beef is either steamed or boiled giving it both a different texture and flavor profile that compliments the pastrami.
- Swiss Cheese - The traditional cheese of choice for Reubens, this adds a creamy and nutty element.
- Mozzarella - If we’re doubling up on the meat, let’s double down on all of that molten melted cheese! Mozzarella adds mild creaminess and helps the buns hold together.
- Sauerkraut - Tangy, crunchy, and a little funky, sauerkraut brings texture to every bite while helping balance the richness of the meats and cheeses. If you use an unpasteurized sauerkraut it’s an excellent probiotic and good for your gut health.
- Slider Rolls - Use your favorite Gluten Free rolls for this, or non-gluten-free slider rolls.
- Butter - Melted butter is combined with Italian seasoning to help flavor the top of the rolls and give them a golden color as they bake.
- Italian Seasoning - Adds a layer of herbaceous flavor that enhances the bread without overpowering any of the other ingredients.

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 ℉.
- Melt the butter and then stir in the Italian seasoning.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice the rolls in half. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish.

- Layer on the pastrami, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, more Good Foods Dill Pickle Chip Dip, and shredded mozzarella. Stack the top buns over the sliders.
