Expert Tips
Start with good quality bread. Choose a good quality gluten-free bread, that can hold up to the heat and weight of the cheese. Some brands of gluten-free bread I can recommend are Canyon Bakehouse, Udis, or little northern bakehouse.
Storage
To store an air fryer roast beef sandwich, you can follow these steps:
- Allow the sandwich to cool down to room temperature before storing it. This will help prevent moisture from building up inside the container and causing the sandwich to become soggy.
- Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. This will help prevent air and moisture from getting to the sandwich, which can cause it to dry out or become stale.
- Place the wrapped sandwich in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag. This will help keep the sandwich fresh and prevent it from absorbing any odors from other foods in the fridge.
- Store the sandwich in the refrigerator. It should last for up to two days.
- When you are ready to eat the sandwich, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Place it in the air fryer and cook it for a few minutes until it is heated through and the cheese is melted.
