Refrigerate this dip for up to 3 days in an air-tight container or wrap the skillet tightly with plastic wrap. This dip is made with sour cream, so freezing is not recommended.
To reheat the chicken dip, place the skillet in the oven and bake at 325 until heated through. You can also microwave individual portions at 1-minute intervals until heated through.

Tips for the Best Marry Me Chicken Dip Recipe
- Be sure to add enough liquid to the skillet when braising the chicken breasts. The broth should almost cover the breasts.
- Chicken is easiest to shred when it's hot. So, shred it immediately if you're using a mixer or as soon as it's safe to handle if you're using forks or shredding claws.
- You only need to grease your skillet until there is a thin, even coat. Don't go overboard!
- Watch your dip closely if you broil it for more color. It's so easy to go from golden brown to burned.

I admit I was drooling looking at this cheesy chicken dip and it certainly delivered on flavor. I was hoping for leftover the next day, but much to my dismay the dip vanished in it's entirety when I had friends over. Guess I'll have to make it again!
