These sweet potato fries with Big Mac dressing will make you emphatically say, "Yes please!" Who here is a Big Mac fan? In my case, I was previously a Big Mac fan. Before I was diagnosed with Celiac, when I was pregnant with my firstborn generally, I was ordering a Big Mac with an extra side of pickles every other day!
However, when you think about it, is it really the Big Mac? No, it’s the SAUCE!!! It's the best sweet potato fries dipping sauce! That’s why you will obviously enjoy the heck out of these air fryer, guilt-free sweet potato fries with a healthier version of Big Mac sauce!

Ingredients
Big Mac dressing:
- dairy free yogurt
- pickles
- ketchup
- pickle juice
- sea salt
Sweet potato fries:
- sweet potato
- tapioca flour
- baking soda
- olive oil
- pepper
- paprika
- sea salt
Garnish:
- parsley
- flaky salt

Instructions
Make the sauce:
- First, place all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Next, blend until well combined then set aside.
Make the fries:
- First, cut peeled potatoes into fries. Then let them sit in cold water for 1 hour to remove excess starch. *Do not skip this step if you want crispy fries.
- Next, drain cut potatoes then place them in a towel and pat dry. Then leave the potatoes to dry completely.
- After the potatoes are dry, place them in a bowl with the flour, baking soda, and seasonings, then mix well until the potatoes are thoroughly coated.
- Finally, air fry potatoes at 390°F for 8 minutes, then flip and continue to air fry for another 8 minutes or until crispy. If you would like extra crispy fries, then continue to air fry at 400°F additionally for 16 minutes. Then garnish with flaky salt and parsley.

Store fries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Frozen sweet potato fries in air fryer
If you don't have fresh potatoes you can use frozen ones. To have perfectly crispy fries, place the frozen sweet potato fries in a single layer inside the air fryer.
