How to Make Sweet Potato Fries with Big Mac Dressing
Make the sauce:
- First, place all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Next, blend until well combined then set aside.
Make the fries:
- First, cut peeled potatoes into fries. Then let them sit in cold water for 1 hour to remove excess starch. *Do not skip this step if you want crispy fries.
- Next, drain cut potatoes then place them in a towel and pat dry. Then leave the potatoes to dry completely.
- After the potatoes are dry, place them in a bowl and add olive oil. Toss with the flour, baking soda, and seasonings, mixing well until the potatoes are thoroughly coated.
- Finally, air-fry the potatoes at 390°F for 8 minutes, then flip and continue to air-fry for another 8 minutes, or until crispy. If you would like extra-crispy fries, continue to air-fry at 400°F for an additional 16 minutes. Then garnish with flaky salt and parsley.
