- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt

- ¼ teaspoon paprika

- 2 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon gluten-free teriyaki sauce
- 7 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¾ teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Corn startch slurry
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the wings. Then place them into a zip loc bag with the baking powder and all dry spices.
- Close the zip lock bag and toss well until all wings are covered.
- Spray the air fryer rack with cooking spray.
- Lay wings in single layer and cook on 400 ℉ for 18-20 minutes flipping at the 10 minute mark. Wings are done once they reach an internal temperature of 165 ℉
