Whether you are looking to lose weight or if you just want a delicious, refreshing smoothie, this keto smoothie recipe for weight loss is the perfect addition to your day. Coming in at just 180 calories, there’s no need to feel guilty when you finish the last sip. Made with only 5 ingredients and dairy free, you can have this strawberry pineapple smoothie done in about 2 minutes.

I know sometimes our mornings can be quite hectic and we don’t have time to make a full-course breakfast. Smoothies are a great addition to a busy morning to help get you through your day.
For this keto smoothie recipe for weight loss, I am using a dairy-free yogurt, although if dairy is not an issue in your household, you can definitely use full dairy yogurt. If you want to swap out the yogurt, you can replace it with a banana or coconut cream. Just keep in mind the overall calories will change.

Why you will love this recipe
- Smoothies are a great way to get in the fruits and vegetables that we sometimes miss throughout the day. Having a diet including a wide variety of fruits is super important. Fruits are going to provide a large number of antioxidants, which our body needs to help support our detoxification system. The better we are detoxing, the easier it is to lose weight.
- In this smoothie, we are keeping it low calorie, and low carb, although adding in a scoop of protein powder is highly recommended, if your caloric needs allow it. Protein is a great way to satisfy the hunger hormone and stay fuller longer. One that I really like is Nuzest. Use code goldengracekitchen for 15% off!
Ingredients
Strawberries - Fresh or frozen strawberries will work fine in this smoothie. If you buy frozen strawberries, just double-check to be sure they don’t have any added sugars or corn syrup.
Pineapple - Choose frozen pineapple.
Vanilla extract - I love to use alcohol-free vanilla extract.
Yogurt - use dairy-free yogurt.
Almond milk - just use unsweetened almond milk.
Ice - optional
Protein scoop: optional and recommended for exercise.
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely combined.
Storage
I do not recommend stirring this smoothie because it will separate. For best results, consume immediately.
Equipment
High-power blender: you want to be certain you are using a high-power blender in order to blend the oranges all the way through.
Variations
- Replace strawberries with blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries.
- Use flavored yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
- Add in a vanilla or chocolate protein.
- Add a collagen powder to this smoothie.
Top Tips
- If using fresh strawberries, always use bright red strawberries, and be sure to remove the stems.
- I use dairy-free yogurt but any yogurt will do. Also, any milk will do.
- Use frozen fruit to keep this smoothie cold and avoid using ice.
